And I would like to apologies for the radio silence for the last few months. Things have been busy between the holidays and work, so sadly I haven’t had much time to keep up monthly updates. Anywho here is a quick update on whats been going on with Project: Artificial Legacy.
The last couple months we have been moving forward with developing art assets, flushing out our world bible and picking the right game engine to work with. There are a lot of options and we are trying to find the best fit for working with our needs and the long term. When we first started early production we were originally looking at Unity, but after working with it for a bit our lead developer wasn’t feeling it, so we have taken the last months to look into a long list of engines and give a few of them a good test drive. As it stands right now we have our eyes set on Unreal, it has the features we need, a solid community and lots of reference material.
